ClearBlue Ionizer Warranty
The ClearBlue Ionizer has a five-year warranty, which applies to the system controller (electrical device) only.
Your controller is considered under warranty if the serial number shows it is still within 5 years. If the serial number exceeds 5 years, we will also consider the date of purchase as the start of the warranty period if you can provide proof of purchase.
Mineral Cell
The mineral cell is designed to wear down; its life depends on usage, so the warranty does not cover it. However, if there is an apparent manufacturing defect, it will be replaced for free within 90 days.
The life of the mineral cell is not guaranteed because we cannot determine how the system is used or under what conditions it is used. You can think of the mineral cell as a store of minerals. The speed at which the minerals are released depends mainly on how high the controller is set. Since we cannot control the settings used, we cannot guarantee the cell’s life. However, if you believe your mineral cell did not last as long as it should have, please contact us for help or compensation.
Warning: Counterfeit Mineral Cells Void Warranty
Replacement mineral cells not manufactured by ClearBlue Ionizer Inc. are a safety hazard and will void the warranty on your controller. Please ensure your replacement cell has our water drop logo on the package, plug, and cell housing before plugging it into your controller.
